You are still dealing first hand with each store; meaning you pay separate shipping & Handling, and will see a charge on your card/PayPal account from each store. But you no longer have to bounce around the internet to compare prices or to find trustworthy online dealers.

Is your system secure considering you deal with multiple stores?
In short, yes. We use the highest internet standard of 128bit secure decryption technology for all checkout pages (HTTPS). Your order information is then passed along to each store directly into their own 128bit secure decryption section (HTTPS).

I had a bad experience with a store, who do I notify?
Store.TCGplayer.com is a service that allows you to conveniently deal directly with multiple online stores at once. As such, your first course of action in resolution should be to contact the online store you had the issue with directly. You can also leave a customer experience rating for any store you have had dealings with and leave a full comment. If there is no resolution, you may then contact us at webmaster@tcgplayer.com.

What account do I need to login to my shopping cart and past order info?
The Store.TCGplayer.com checkout and payment pages use a new login system that is unique to only our store. So, if you used a previous login on TCGplayer for the forums, blogs, deck input or drafting etc you will need to re-register for the online store.

Please Note: For card comments, you use your previous forum login.
