Gold Star Sellers are sellers that have shown a high level of customer service and a solid record of successful transactions. Sellers that have a Feedback Rating of at least 99.5% and that have had at least 100 transactions are identified with our Gold Star icon. ()

 How do I get a refund or change made to an order?

To have your order refunded you need to contact the supplier directly using the following method.
After Logging into the store, go to your [Order History] page. From here you will be able to see all of the orders you have placed as well as a link to contact each vendor directly. Click on the “Email Vendor about this order” and let the vendor know what adjustment you are looking for.

 I had a bad experience with a store, who do I notify?

Your first step should be to contact the store directly and tell them about the issue. You can do so by logging into the store and then visiting the [Order History] page. From here you will be able to see all of the orders you have placed as well as a link to contact each vendor directly. Each vendor values your business immensely and they will usually take the steps needed to make sure that you are happy with their performance. However, if they still do not meet your needs then you can [Send Us An Email].

TCGplayer provides real-time stat monitoring so you can see the sales that you refer to us with 100% transparency. We tie these customers to a unique Partner code through the use of cookies and database entries to permanently tie the referred customer to your website/app across multiple computers and browsers.
