Promotion Terms: Commences at 12:00 a.m. E.S.T. Oct 1, 2014 and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. E.S.T. Oct 31, 2014.

• Eligibility: Entrants must be registered on the TCGPLAYER.com website and be able to purchase merchandise on the TCGplayer Direct website. Ascension Gaming Networks Inc. employees and their immediate families are NOT eligible to participate in this contest. You must be 13 years or older to enter.
• Entry: Entry in the contest requires the individual to be registered at TCGPLAYER.com and order though the TCGplayer Direct program. Each shipment by Ascension Gaming Network Inc./TCGPLAYER.com (TCGplayer Direct) will be considered one entry into the promotion. The order must be placed via the TCGplayer Direct program in order to qualify for a trading card (prize). Multiple entries are allowed via additional purchases and shipment by Ascension Gaming Network Inc.(TCGplayer Direct)
• Prize: The prize will consist of 1 trading card (various values). Up to 170 trading cards will be issued as prizes. The Retail Value of each prize and surcharges associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible shipments.
• Prize Draw: A random placement of trading cards will be conducted each shipping day starting on 10/1/14 and lasting to 10/31/14. All of Ascension Gaming Network Inc. decisions are final. Each shipment selected as a winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these rules and regulations, and winning is dependent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The drawing will be conducted by a computer program that randomly chooses winners from all eligible entries received, and is final and binding.
• Winners List: Ascension Gaming Network Inc. will attempt to post contest winners to the web site within thirty (30) days of contest closing date.
• Redemption: No redemption required. Ascension Gaming Network Inc. will place the trading card (prize) in the shipment of the order/package. Prizes cannot be sent to any other address. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Ascension Gaming Network Inc. is not responsible for a lost or damaged prizes and in the case where the prize is lost or damaged it will not be replaced.
• Conditions: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Ascension Gaming Network Inc. may use the winner's name, member ID, and picture for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT ASCENSION GAMNG NETWORK INC., ITS SUBSIDIARIES, ITS AFFILIATES AND ALL OF TCGPLAYER.com and ASCENSION GAMING NETWORK INC. ORGANIZATION OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. • Contest Disclaimer: Ascension Gaming Network Inc. reserves the right to make revisions to, cancel or suspend this contest for any reason including but not limited to a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of which affects the administration or security of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Ascension Gaming Network Inc. will aim to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
